In the state of Minnesota, it is illegal to tattoo anyone under the age of 18, even with parental consent.

a valid driver's license or identification card issued by the state of Minnesota or another state that includes a photograph and date of birth of the individual;

We do not accept expired or clipped forms of identification.

If you have recently gotten your ID renewed, please bring in your papers AND expired/clipped ID. We need both to accept it as a valid ID form.
